Terms of return
TERMS OF RETURN
We accept all returns up to 30 days from date of purchase (date of order confirmation) for goods in new condition - exceptions are underwear and intimate products that unfortunately can not be exchanged / returned at all. You can not return items that are used, damaged, washed or which in any way is a different condition than when you received it. All labels must sit on. Returns that are outside the 30 day deadline, we send back to a shipping / handling fee (NOK 150).
HOW TO CHANGE AND RETURN:
1. Fill in the return form, which you can find >>> HERE <<<. Enter return cause and what goods you return. Make sure the recipient address is evident.
2. Add items you should return in original packaging with all labels and the like hanging on as when you received the goods.
3. Wrap this tightly so that the product or packaging are not damaged during transport.
4. Return the package at the post office.

IMPORTANT! It is your responsibility to ensure that the package arrives at us. Select tracking package you are absolutely sure it does not disappear. If you choose a cheaper version without tracking you have less control on where your package is.
Switching is only possible on unused items in the same price.
To get a full refund Item must be returned in the same condition as when you received it. If the packaging or labels do not appear as new, or that, the clothes are dirty we cannot approve the return. Returns cannot be approved is sent back to you.

FAILURE OF SHIPMENT:
Oops! We have packed the wrong item or are you missing something in the package? Sorry! Please contact us HERE or email@example.com through and we'll correct it there as fast as we can!
HOW LONG DOES MY RETURN / REPLACEMENT?
It may take about 3 weeks from submitting the returned product. We are constantly striving to provide faster and more transparent processing returns.
